Pregnancy Medical Clinic

NEHBCers, we need to train ourselves to switch from "Crisis Pregnancy Center" (CPC) to "Pregnancy Medical Clinic" (PMC). This is not a cosmetic issue, it is a material change. The standards of a PMC are much higher than they are for a CPC. We no longer have a CPC at Farrington Mission, we now have a PMC.

The Source for Women sought Focus on the Family's (James Dobson)endorsement of the CPC as this would bring tremendous credibility. However, Focus on the Family only endorses PMCs which began the process of The Source making changes to the organization and systems to reach the legal/medical standards of a PMC. The Source has met the standards and is now a recognized medical clinic. As I've mentioned before, The Source also received Focus on the Family's endorsement.

The Lord keeps blessing us at Farrington Mission as we prayed for a CPC, but got a PMC!
