Weekend Retreat Recap

For seven years now, Nicole and I have attended the annual pastor's retreat mentioned in the post below. This year may have been the most impacting for me. Several hours of discussion regarding social justice ministries, leadership, preaching, sermon prep, the role of the church, church in the 21st Century, seminary, and church staff issues, to name some of the topics, was very helpful and encouraging for me. This retreat is the most helpful and equipping tool for my call as the pastor of NEHBC. I'm already looking forward to next April.
