day set aside for prayer

I'm thoroughly enjoying one aspect of today--our staff and trustees set aside today for prayer. Despite our regular personal and corporate staff prayer lives, we designated today for more intense prayer for the life of our church. God is very gracious to NEHBC and sometimes during seasons of harvest, we can become sloppy and unwise and less dependent on God. We are in prayer today that the Lord will continue to provide abundantly and move mightily at NEHBC, and that through it all we will remain wise, prayerful, sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit, and inside of His will. Prayer is an incredible privilege and a critical tool in walking with and serving God. I love it when I get to pray with our staff!
