Paul-Timothy Conference

The Southern Baptists of Texas Convention (SBTC) provides opportunities for younger pastors or pastors who might be a little discouraged to get together with a pastor or group of pastors for a time of encouragement and teaching. These one day gatherings are called Paul-Timothy Conferences. NEHBC has the privilege of hosting the conference for the Houston area this coming Monday and yours truly is supposed to be leading the way in the teaching time. 65 pastors are registered and I'm feeling the weight of responsibility and opportunity to encourage so many pastors and indirectly affect so many churches. God is gracious to give me this opportunity. On the one hand I'm really excited because I have a passion for encouraging pastors. But, on the other hand I feel inadequate and incapable. I pray I am found faithful. I'd appreciate your prayers. Glory to God.
