It has been a very busy, but productive couple of days with the International Mission Board. The Lord Jesus is doing incredible things around the world. He isn't moving in the US like He is elsewhere--that's for sure. He has shifted the base on earth from the west to east asia. The US is just a couple of decades behind western europe as far as our Christianity goes. In the coming years the big funding of the Kingdom and sending of missionaries will come out of places like China and South Korea. They have already begun commissioning missionaries to the United States--I'm grateful, but shame on us Christ-followers here in the US! We spend more time marrying the church to politics and using our churches to (re)build America than we do building the kingdom. We need revival.
I have a few more meetings today and then I'm coming home. I can't wait to see Nicole and the kids and NEHBC!
Oh, and please pray for Moogoova to believe on the Lord Jesus. I have no idea how to spell it, but that's her name. She is a Hindu immigrant from India. She works at the hotel in which I'm staying. I got to share the gospel with her. She didn't believe, but she has heard!
