NEHBC men loving our city

As I've mentioned previously, our men have an incredible opportunity to show the love of Christ to our city tomorrow morning. Behind Star of Hope's Women and Family Shelter, a very large inner city mission, is an area where large debris is dumped, vegetation is overgrown, and thus criminals loiter. Countless rapes and muggings take place there--many of the victims are women who come and go from the shelter. NEHBC men have the opportunity to do something about this. On Wednesday of this week, some NEHBC men and a benevolent heavy machinery company did the heavy lifting and bull dozed out all the debris and leveled the ground. Tomorrow, NEHBC has the opp to go finish the job. The objective is to turn the once crime infested junk yard into a spacious, grassy field. If we have 30 men show up for an 8am-noon shift tomorrow, this project can get done for our city.
