Widows

This morning I got to hang out again with ladies who have out lived their husbands and it blessed my soul. We prayed, we did ministry of encouragement by writing letters to missionaries, a prisoner, a soldier, college students, and a lady caring for her aging mother, and we ate lunch together.

This was our second time to meet and I don't know where the Holy Spirit is going to take this, but it's a start. The Lord has a Kingdom plan and purpose for each of these ladies and I'm hoping we can help pave the way for them to find and follow that path. I also pray that by spending time together serving the Lord they will be greatly encouraged.

I'm also hoping they will know their pastor loves them and cares for them deeply.
