I'm sitting on board a plane headed for Houston, giving thanks to the Lord for what He did last night during the service at FBC Odessa. He is gracious and merciful. FBC Odessa are a great group of people, the church has good energy, and I believe the Spirit was at work. I had a blast preaching to kick off their bible conference. The response of two family units in particular during the response time caught my attention. One was a single lady in her 80s who hobbled to the front and leaned on her walker before the Lord because she can't get down on her knees. Wow. The other was a family of four, including two teenage girls, who got on their knees before God as a family, as an expression of their trust in Him. What a beautiful sight. The Lord has a great thing going out in Odessa and a great pastor in Byron McWilliams. Glory to God.
