I did notice the late 30s to 60s age groups have a good number of teachers on the team. I'm concerned at the lack of teachers in their 20s and early 30s. With the number of NEHBC folks in these younger age groups, its time for some of our younger men to step up as leaders of classes. I was teaching an adult bible study class for folks in their 30s in the local church to which I belonged when I was 23.
I want to see more leaders emerge from among our 20s and early 30s.
