Team Montana Update

Here is an update from the team leader:

"Today was an awesome day for the Kingdom and NEHBC's Team Montana 2011. There were four children who prayed to accept Christ and one seeking baptism. Asha (3rd grade Girl) approached Cheryl Harper and said she was ready to pray to accept Christ today. Cheryl prayed with her. Audry (Asha's Sister) also in 3rd grade, approached Stacy and wanted to go over the ABC's so that she could go over it with her 90 year old great grandmother that she was about to visit. Stacy taught her the Great Dilemma and the color bracelet. Brylea (3rd Grade Girl) approached Stacy and wanted to her to pray with her. Brylea prayed to accept Christ into her heart. Debbie and Dillon (3rd Grade brother and sister) approached Mackenzie and Cheryl during the free time and asked to pray with them to accept Christ. Cheryl came to me and told me how wonderful it was to see the kids sitting with the adults in this short period of time where they would be playing games. It was amazing how God was working on the children's heart there. Serious seeds were planted. Near the end of the day, I had a chance to speak with the two oldest children that attended camp. They were brothers, Ethan (8th Grade) and Colton (6th Grade). Ethan had accepted Christ last year but had not made a public profession of faith. He said that the church that they had been visiting has not done baptisms ever since he has been there and was not really sure why a person would get baptized. Colton was not yet ready to make a decision but had been given the plan of salvation many times during the camp. All of this information was given to Pastor Paul and Christine for follow up.

This evening we had a Block Party complete with Snow Cones, Cotton Candy, Hot Dogs and visiting. It was too windy to have the Bouncy House but nobody really missed it. We had the opportunity to visit with parents and neighbors of the campers. Team Members prayed with several parents for their children."
